Who is this course for?

This NVQ is aimed specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager. It is available to anyone who is aged 19 – 65 and in employment.

An NVQ is a practical, work-based qualification that is recognised by employers throughout the UK. An NVQ will enable employees to develop and improve their skills, allowing employers to prove competency in their workforce. NVQs can assist in recruitment and retention, increase productivity, demonstrate quality to potential clients and boost morale and motivation.

TDB Training has access to government funds which means in most cases we can deliver this training at no cost.

Unit content

The learner must take the three mandatory units to achieve 14 credits plus any combination of units from the optional units to achieve a minimum of 11 credits towards the qualification to achieve a total minimum credits of 25.
